This was the worst language learning experince I have ever had. The course offered a placement test and yet I found myself in a class that had been going for some weeks and which was using vocabulary from I book i was not told about. It was confusing and there was very little methodical teaching. When I complained and asked for a refund I was told that i could be moved to another class and if I didnt find it worked I could have a refund for the next six weeks of the eight week course I paid for. After another week of this I decided i was not leaning effectively and asked for a refund. I was told it couldnt be done today. I was told that I should come on the weekend. Finally I was told no refund. The course is grossly misprepreseted on the internet. The home stay family I was placed with slept on the floor while I was to sleep in their bed. The director of Qalm wa lawl then denied this and offered me another family. I just wanted to get awy from this place. After promising in writing and verbally to give a refund he refused to do that. Avoid this place

Qalam is a fantastic school. It makes taking and intensive Arabic class feel like a vacation with it's brand new facilities and friendly staff. I was extremely surprised and happy to find that the prices for Qalam center were far better than other schools I had been recommended in Morocco. You can't beat the location either. I lived in Fes for 6 months prior to Qalam and was bored out of my mind! I recommend Qalam

Qalam wa Lawh is an excellent Arabic school located in the heart of Rabat. The school offers a very friendly a lay back atmposhpere that encourages students to students to study and travel as they please. The staff is extremely friendly and the facilities are possibly the best I've seen out of any Arabic school in North Africa.
