I joined this school for 4 months, 3 hours per day from Monday to Friday. It cost me about 2000 pounds and, when I left the school, my spoken and listening English level was exactly the same as the first day. They gave us lots of grammar exercises, which I could have done at home without spending any money. They also made students speak with one another, and I think there is no point in doing that, because no one can correct your mistakes. I recently joined a Callan school in Spain, it only cost me 120 euros (18 hours) and my spoken English level improved a lot, as the teacher was constantly correcting our mistakes. I was in the point of giving Islington Centre for English 2 stars but, on second thought, I will give 3 stars because they were really nice people and we had lots of parties and fun. In conclusion, I paid a lot of money but my English level barely improved, which I find disappointing.
Disappointed
