About Rose of York London Language School
Rose of York is an inviting and friendly English Language school in the centre of London. We have been providing excellent English language tuition since 1989.
Our primary mission is to help you to achieve excellence and proficiency in the use of English while ensuring you enjoy your time in London.
All of our staff members are very friendly and always happy and willing to help you. Similarly, the support staff are trained, experienced and informative.
The teachers are dedicated, qualified and experienced English teachers. They all have a passion and a desire to help you learn English in a fun and empowering way.

We are very proud of our nationality mix at Rose of York Language School.
Students studying at Rose of York can make friends from around the world. Specifically, in 2017, we had students coming from 47 different countries. The top five nationalities in 2017 are Italian, Japanese, Turkish, Russian, and Spanish.
As a result, students can learn about different cultures in class. Moreover, students can further discover and explore cultures through our Social Programme. As most of our students come directly from their home country, and are here for a limited time, many students find it comforting to know that they are in the same situation as others.

Located in the centre of London, our facilities are of a high standard and designed our students’ comfort in mind. Our school can be found in a multilevel building in the centre of London. Rose of York offers a light, comfortable and safe environment in which our students can learn. Most importantly, our high standard of facilities will add to your learning experience.
LEISURE
Rose of York organises weekly social activities. These social activities might include visits to museums, sightseeing tours, theatre trips, quiz nights, afternoon tea, sports events and much more.
A social events organiser, or a teacher, always accompanies the students on the social activity. The coordinator takes pride in ensuring that everyone is involved and having a good time.
At Rose of York you will form firm friendships, many of which will continue long after you leave the school.
